Monday - Veggie and bacon omelette wraps
Tuesday - Dinner at Hubby's Nanny's for little E's birthday
Wednesday - Ground beef burritos
Thursday - Chicken and bok choy stirfry and brown rice
Friday - Butternut squash soup and stuffed zucchini
We have another busy week ahead of us and are especially excited for little E's birthday tomorrow (tear), my sister flying into town and Easter celebrations this weekend.
When I have time to sit down at home I'll spit out some of our adventures from the past couple weeks.
