Dinner Diaries & Roll-ups

Here is what we are eating this week:

Monday - Baked Potato and Bacon Soup, Sobb Salad
Tuesday - Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya with Brown Rice
Wednesday - Spaghetti Squash with homemade Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce
Thursday - Slow Cooker Beef Stew, Salad
Friday - Tuna Melt Sandwiches

I've been making a lot of roll-up snacks and lunches for little E lately.  We use whole wheat tortillas and lately the winning combinations are the following:

Natural peanut butter, ground flax seed and banana
Natural peanut butter, raisins, cinnamon, dices apples
Tuna mixed with avocado or mayo
Pureed black beans with salsa
Chicken with salsa or avocado

I'm looking for more suggestions.  What are your children's favourite roll-ups? Any veggie ideas?
